Capsule Kit

100 Ginkgo biloba Capsules
100 Damiana Capsules

Suggested Dosage:
1-3 capsules of each herb morning, afternoon and evening (i.e. a maximum total of 9 capsules per day). Try to take the herbs with fresh orange juice whenever possible, as vitamin C aids nutrient absorption. Try to avoid normal tea and coffee for at least half an hour before and after taking (as both inhibit nutrient absorption).

Suggested Dosage:
20 - 30 drops of each tincture morning, afternoon and evening. The amounts of alcohol taken are very small but to reduce this further add the drops to a cup of boiling water then drink (when cooled sufficiently). Try to take the herbs with fresh orange juice whenever possible, as vitamin C aids nutrient absorption. Try to avoid normal tea and coffee for at least half an hour before and after taking the herbs (as both inhibit nutrient absorption).
